VISA Requirements
All foreign visitors planning to enter the Republic of Korea (ROK) must possess a valid passport and visa to enter the country. Countries/Regions of visa waiver or visa-free countries may enter the country without a visa for tourism purposes only. For any other purposes, such as employment or education, proper visas are required. Nationals of non-visa waiver countries must apply for visas at the nearest Korean embassy or consulate prior to entering the ROK.

Korea Electronic Travel Authorization:
Nationals of countries/regions, who are eligible for visa-free entry are required to get K-ETA approval in order to board the flight or ship bound for the Republic of Korea.
K-ETA Apply:
Please informed that you need K-ETA approval before boarding the flight or ship for the Republic of Korea. You can apply for K-ETA via the K-ETA official website (
www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile App (K-ETA).
Invitation Letter
- Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your on-line registration.
- The official invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed registration payment. If you need the official invitation letter, please ask to the secretariat via email (info@kjjm2024.org)
- The Letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.
Notarized Invitation Letter
USD 50 will be charged for the notary service and air courier. Letters will be sent by airmail within a week after confirmation of your full payment. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether a notarized letter is required for visa issuance.
